How it came to be
Welcome! I'm Melissa, and I'm so glad you're here.
My love for miniature donkeys began as a childhood dream while growing up in Vermont showing Morgan horses. Today, that dream has become a reality at Little Oxen Farm in Wolcott, New York, where my husband and I are raising our eight children and a herd of friendly, well-socialized miniature donkeys.
We are committed to raising healthy miniature donkeys with exceptional temperaments, sound conformation, and the kind of gentle personalities that make them wonderful companions.
